About Nature rune
Nature runes are consumed by alchemy and other utility spells. High Level Alchemy and Low Level Alchemy turn items into coins, while Superheat Item also consumes nature runes. Bind, Snare, Entangle, and spells on the Lunar and Arceuus spellbooks add more uses. Free-to-play players can buy and use nature runes, although crafting them is a members' activity.
Members can make them from pure essence at the Nature Altar with 44 Runecraft. At 91 Runecraft, each essence produces two nature runes. Magic shops supply them too. The Wiki describes nature runes as one of the most traded non-elemental runes, with alchemy training and Plank Make among their uses. For a bulk purchase, check the recent side volumes to see how much is currently changing hands.
Small price differences matter across a rune stack. Someone stocking an alchemy session may buy thousands at once, while a runecrafter sells accumulated output. That makes the latest activity worth checking alongside the daily totals. If you are buying to alch, include the rune cost in your calculation for each cast. The coins come from the item you alch, and the nature rune is part of the expense.

How to trade Nature rune
Work out net profit per rune before choosing a stack size. The buy limit is 18,000 every four hours. Read the verdict reason and quote ages, then compare the ticket quantity with recent activity on both sides. Even one GP of slippage per rune adds up across a bulk offer, so leave room to adjust your exit.
Nature runes pay the GE's 2% fee, rounded down per rune and capped at 5 million GP per item. Below 50 GP, rounding makes the fee zero. Use the ticket's tax calculation and price history to set your target. Compare other runes in the market table, and read any fresh audit alongside the volume. For alching, budget the actual rune purchase cost; for a Coffer sacrifice, check the separate guide-price eligibility result.
