QuantScapers is a set of tools for the OSRS Grand Exchange. The live market dashboard lets you browse, filter, and chart the market in your browser. The RuneLite plugin is under Plugin Hub review and will add verdicts and order tickets if it is approved.

How the Flip Verdict Plugin works

A clear call, with the math behind it.

Every number in the panel comes from the same public data anyone can pull from the OSRS Wiki. The plugin applies the calculations to each tradeable item without making you leave RuneLite.

Verdicts with a reason

Every item gets a BUY, DECENT, RISKY, or AVOID call, plus a plain-English reason such as a stale quote, a possible price trap, cooling momentum, or a clean flip.

Exact order tickets

Quantity, buy price (+1), sell price (-1), after-tax profit, and a walk-away timer. Copy any number to your clipboard, then enter it in the Grand Exchange.

Risk checks

The plugin flags stale quotes, spreads far outside an item's normal range on thin volume, and momentum changes between the last 5 minutes and the 24-hour average.

Deep-Probe audit

Open an item's hourly price history to see how often the sell price is reached, along with a 7-day margin stability grade from A to F.

Top picks

The three highest GP-per-hour flips, with automatic audits to catch candidates whose quoted sell price is rarely reached.

Filters you control

Set a budget, minimum profit, minimum ROI, and maximum fill time. Use presets for fast flips, big-ticket items, or high-yield margins, or adjust each filter in the sidebar.

How a verdict is decided

The same rules on every refresh.

The rules are explicit, and the same checks run on every item.

Avoid Thin volume plus an unusually wide spread suggests possible manipulation. Quotes over 30 minutes old or no after-tax profit also earn an Avoid call.
Risky The item is tradeable but carries a warning: a slow fill (4+ hours per side), unstable margin history, a rarely reached sell price, cooling momentum, or no trades in the last 5 minutes.
Buy Fresh quotes (under 5 minutes old), a fast fill (40 minutes or less per side), solid ROI, and an audit that supports the quoted sell price.
Decent The flip is profitable and clean, but it misses one of the freshness, fill-time, or yield checks for a Buy call.

◐ Awaiting Plugin Hub Review

The RuneLite plugin runs in the normal client with its own sidebar panel. It is built and tested, and its RuneLite Plugin Hub submission is waiting for review. Here is its current status:

  • Core verdict engine (tax, fill time, trap and stale-quote detection, verdict ladder) built and tested
  • Order tickets, Top Picks, and Deep-Probe Audit implemented
  • Runs live against the OSRS Wiki Real-time Prices API inside RuneLite
  • RuneLite Plugin Hub submission completed from the current plugin repository
  • Public availability depends on Plugin Hub review and approval
No automation

It reads. You trade.

Never places, edits, or cancels a Grand Exchange offer on your behalf.
Enter ticket numbers yourself. The copy button only puts a number on your clipboard.
Reads only the public OSRS Wiki Real-time Prices API.
No accounts, no telemetry, no tracking of what you do with the data.
Questions

Questions, answered.

Is it free?

Yes. Both tools are free and do not require an account. The Market Dashboard is available now; the Flip Verdict Plugin will be free if it is approved for publication.

Does it trade for me?

No. Neither the Market Dashboard nor the plugin touches the Grand Exchange interface. They show you the numbers, and you enter them yourself.

Where does the price data come from?

The OSRS Wiki Real-time Prices API. It is public and is not scraped or reverse-engineered.

How is a verdict different from a raw margin calculator?

A margin calculator gives you a number. QuantScapers also checks whether the quote is fresh, the spread is normal for the item, and the sell price has been reached recently. It then gives you a call to consider.

When is it coming out?

It is built and working, and has been submitted to the Plugin Hub. Availability depends on the review process, so there is no fixed release date.
