Every flip gets a verdict.
Not just a number.

QuantScapers is a RuneLite plugin that reads live OSRS Grand Exchange prices and hands you a deterministic BUY / DECENT / RISKY / AVOID call for every item — with the exact reason, and an order ticket you can copy straight into the GE. Right in your sidebar. No black box, no subscription, no guessing.

What It Actually Does

No AI. No mystery score.

Every number in the panel comes from the same public data anyone can pull from the OSRS Wiki. QuantScapers just does the arithmetic instantly, for every tradeable item, all the time — without leaving your client.

Verdicts, With a Reason

Every item gets BUY, DECENT, RISKY, or AVOID — and a plain-English sentence explaining why: a stale quote, a possible price trap, cooling momentum, or a clean, fast, profitable flip.

Exact Order Tickets

Quantity, buy price (+1), sell price (−1), after-tax profit, and a walk-away timer. A copy button puts any number on your clipboard, ready to paste into the Grand Exchange.

Trust Guards

Stale-quote detection (30+ min old), trap detection (a spread far outside an item's own norm on thin volume), and a momentum signal comparing the last 5 minutes to the 24-hour average.

Deep-Probe Audit

Pull an item's full hourly price history on demand to see how often the sell price actually gets reached, plus a 7-day margin stability grade from A to F.

Top Picks

The three best flips ranked by GP per hour, automatically audited so you're not chasing a number that's never actually hit.

Your Filters, Your Rules

Set a budget, minimum profit, minimum ROI, and max fill time. Presets for fast flips, big-ticket items, or high-yield margins — or tune every dial yourself, right in the sidebar.

How A Verdict Gets Decided

One deterministic ladder. Every time.

Same rules, every item, every refresh. Nothing here is a guess.

Avoid The spread is far wider than this item's normal on thin volume (possible manipulation), or the quotes are over 30 minutes old, or there's no profit left after tax.
Risky Still tradeable, but flagged: a slow fill (4+ hours per side), an unstable margin history, a sell price that's rarely actually reached, cooling momentum, or nothing traded in the last 5 minutes.
Buy Fresh quotes (under 5 minutes old), a fast fill (40 minutes or less per side), solid ROI, and — if it's been audited — a sell-price hit rate backing it up.
Decent Profitable and clean, just not quite fresh, fast, or high-yield enough to earn a Buy call.

Built. Tested. Not released yet.

◐ In Development

QuantScapers runs today as a real RuneLite plugin — same client, same login, sidebar panel and all. It's not yet published anywhere public. Here's the honest state of it:

  • Core verdict engine (tax, fill time, trap and stale-quote detection, verdict ladder) built and tested
  • Order tickets, Top Picks, and Deep-Probe Audit implemented
  • Runs live against the OSRS Wiki Real-time Prices API inside RuneLite
  • RuneLite Plugin Hub submission — not yet started
  • No public download or install link exists yet
No Automation, Ever

It reads. It never plays for you.

Never places, edits, or cancels a Grand Exchange offer on your behalf.
Ticket numbers are for you to enter manually — a copy button puts a number on your clipboard, nothing more.
Reads only the public OSRS Wiki Real-time Prices API — the same data source other flipping tools use.
No accounts, no telemetry, no tracking of what you do with the data.
Questions

Straight Answers

Is it free?

Yes. QuantScapers will be free once it's available, no account required.

Does it trade for me?

No. QuantScapers never touches the Grand Exchange interface. It shows you exact numbers to enter yourself — that's the hard limit, by design.

Where does the price data come from?

The OSRS Wiki Real-time Prices API — a public data source, not scraped or reverse-engineered.

How is a verdict different from a raw margin calculator?

A margin calculator gives you a number. QuantScapers checks whether that number is trustworthy first — is the quote fresh, is the spread normal for this item, has the sell price actually been reached recently — then gives you a call you can act on immediately.

When is it coming out?

It's built and working — currently going through final testing before a Plugin Hub submission. No fixed date yet.
