Week of Mon Sep 8 to Sun Sep 14, 2026. Two prints mattered. Everything else was noise or drift.
Week in flows
Elemental amulet repriced the amulet debate. Jagex said on Sep 8 it would leave the new amulets as-is for now. Desk tape: 1.20M to 1.42M, +18.7% on 7d. The four singles (fire, water, earth, air) moved with the combined piece, not as a separate thesis.

QuantScapers Elemental amulet 7d chart. Range 1.10M to 1.70M, +18.7%.
Robin hood hat was the manipulation tape. The community report says Jagex banned the crypto-oriented hat-holding account. The hat peaked near 12.8M on Tuesday, then gave most of it back. Monday’s print sat near 4M. The QuantScapers 7d line (4.70M to 3.93M, about -16%) understates the arc because the window opens before the pump.

QuantScapers Robin hood hat 7d chart. Last 4.25M. The weekly percentage misses the midweek spike.
Occult necklace drifted higher on the same amulet story. Desk: 430k to 450k on 7d, about +4.7%. That is follow-through, not a second hotfix print.
Megarares finished flat, about +0.0% on the equal-weight index. Scythe of Vitur (uncharged) was the soft leg at 1.236B to 1.209B. Twisted bow and Shadow barely moved.

QuantScapers Megarares index, 7d equal-weight. Twisted bow +0.6%, Scythe -2.2%, Shadow +1.8%.
Twinflame staff and mahogany plank were side flows. Twinflame stayed flat around 9.59M to 9.47M. Mahogany ran 105 to 152 gp, a construction supply move, not a gear print.
Bets
The elemental-amulet long after the Sep 2 hotfix still has air while Jagex leaves the item as-is. Occult follow-through is real but smaller.
Robin hood was a pump-and-dump, not a fashion bet. Jagex banned the crypto-oriented hat-holding account. If you chased the Tuesday spike, you were trading manipulation, not demand.
Bond and blood theses did not confirm. Nothing this week makes either one a position.
Official
Sep 8’s changelog held elemental amulets as-is and admitted not polling them was a misstep. Community pressure on the Robin hood hat tape reported that Jagex banned the crypto-oriented hat-holding account. Jagex’s stance on cryptocurrency and market manipulation is zero tolerance, with account action as the policy.
Campfire polling locked The Graveyard quest rewards and a new Agility route for later this year. None of that printed on the GE this week.
Watchlist
- Elemental amulet and occult: as-is is priced for now. The promised occult upgrade is still later work.
- Robin hood hat and thin rares: the ban on the crypto-oriented hat-holding account landed. Thin-rare manipulation risk is still live. Watch the residual tape.
- Megarares: flat tape. Scythe is still the weak leg.
